Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.

Please do not return your item to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window


Refunds (if approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • For sizing-related returns, the return shipping fee is not covered, and shipping charges for replacements will apply


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank—processing times may vary

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at info@franklardi.com for instructions.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items (over $75), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Legal Notice (Canada & EU Compliance)

This policy complies with Canadian consumer protection laws. For EU customers, this policy is in line with the 14-day withdrawal period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive; however, we offer a longer 30-day return window.
